Sound is always a personal experience, but we have always believed that the best speakers must be built from solid wood, not pressed MDF. Solid wood materials prevent vibrations and create a unique resonance. The air remains within the speaker, allowing for controlled airflow and the creation of a perfect sound image. This approach allows you to design elegant speakers that fit seamlessly into your home, rather than opting for bulky mancave products that you'd rather not have in your living room. After all, who would make a violin or a guitar out of MDF?

The ambition has always been for the speakers to sound exactly as the musicians intended. Pure, clear, with a presence so tangible you can almost touch the vocal cords. The saxophone’s rich frequencies should make it feel as if the musician is in the same room as you, the listener. The cymbals should resonate with the clarity and tone that usually only the drummer can hear. All of this reflects the essence of nature in Sweden, and in our case, the West Coast. The cliffs are bare, the sea has a magnificent sound, and the trees, forests, and lakes create a whole orchestra—a Scandinavian orchestra.

All components are carefully selected and perfectly tuned for maximum control and balance. The speaker drivers are made in Norway and are of the highest HiFi quality. The cables are produced in Ljungskile, and the electronics come from Germany. Each speaker is individually calibrated.

The SoundinWest Ljungskile series is a true multi-way system where each frequency range has a completely separate chamber. This prevents the frequencies from interfering with each other, eliminating vibrations and unclear sound. The result is a clearer and more controlled sound, providing an extraordinary sense of presence. Each driver is connected with an extra-thick 7mm cable, ensuring perfect signal flow all the way to the speaker element. Every solder joint is made with silver solder.

Each speaker is hand-polished and treated with a hard wax that provides a durable and unique finish. This process takes several days and is absolutely crucial for achieving a perfect result.
